Andrew has worked extensively for many years with companies around the world on the development of innovation strategies and the transformation in capability required to deliver real value by linking technology and the market.

His areas of expertise include design and facilitation of complex transformation programmes, business
turnaround, improving innovation, operating and service capability and harnessing organisational
potential through improved leadership alignment and commitment.

Andrew is the Director of The Consulting Partnership Ltd and an Industrial Associate with the University of Cambridge Institute for Manufacturing since 2005.
Prior experience includes, six years leading consulting work at A.T. Kearney, and 20 years engineering, supply chain and profit and loss responsibility in the oil and petrochemicals Industry at Shell International.

His current and recent client achievements include:

  • Development of national manufacturing and materials strategy for net zero, thriving competitive and productive and resilient and responsive economy.

  • Building a roadmap for the early detection and diagnosis of cancer.

  • Developing a service transformation strategy for a major global supplier of critical capital equipment.


Andrew is a chartered engineer and MA Engineering form University of Cambridge.
